Individual counseling and psychotherapy is an opportunity to receive support and experience growth during challenging times in life. It can help you to deal with many personal topics in life, e.g., anger, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, parenting problems, transgenerational issues, school difficulties, career changes, etc.
In the process, you can work one-on-one with me in a safe and confidential environment. Counseling and psychotherapy allow you to explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through memories, and identify aspects of your life that you want to change. You can better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrative and neurodiversity affirming.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for Autistic and ADHDer individuals. (I am a member of the Special Interest Group of Autism and the Special Interest Group of Neurodiversity of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI.))
This process can be shorter or longer depending on your issues. Sessions last 50 minutes weekly.
