I grew up in Hungary and discovered my passion for psychology at the age of 16, which led me to pursue it as my future profession. I earned a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Debrecen in 2002. Following this, I began my career at the University of Szeged in Hungary, where I taught courses in psychology and self-development. Concurrently, I worked as a child, adult, and family therapist for a Family Support and Child Welfare service from 2003 to 2010.
In 2009, I started my private practice. Over the past 25 years, I have explored numerous theories and evolving methodologies, and have had the privilege of learning from many esteemed experts, which has deepened my understanding of the human psyche. I greatly respect the courage of my clients who embark on their journeys with me, striving to become more resilient and ultimately lead happier lives.
In 2018, I relocated to Ireland with my family. I now offer bilingual therapy services in both English and Hungarian.
