How long does a session last and how often will I need to attend? Each session is 55 minutes long, and typically individuals attend therapy once a week

Do you offer online therapy? Yes, I offer online therapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience of remote support. This can be especially helpful for those with busy schedules or who live in remote areas.

Does my health insurance cover counselling or psychotherapy? The majority of health insurance companies will cover your health consultations. The level of coverage will depend on your policy. I am an accredited member with IAHIP, IAPTP, and ICP, and a graduated member with PSI.
Is therapy confidential? Yes, therapy sessions are confidential. I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. There are some exceptions, such as situations involving harm to yourself or others, which we will discuss during our first session.
Can therapy help with pregnancy-related issues? Absolutely. I have a special interest in perinatal psychology and offer support for pregnant women, including neurodivergent ones. Therapy can help manage the emotional and psychological challenges associated with pregnancy and motherhood.
